Terms of Service

Welcome to Kickboxer (the “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account or otherwise using Kickboxer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, so please keep your password secure and tell us immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

  • Don't attempt to disrupt the Service, probe for vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer it.
  • Don't upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
  • Don't use the Service to impersonate another person or entity.
  • Organisers are responsible for verifying the identity, age and medical clearance of competitors they register through the Service.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (fighter profiles, event details, scores, etc.). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and process that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the right to upload any personal data about third parties (e.g. fighters you manage).

5. Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We work hard to keep it running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice for paid features.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms or if we must do so to comply with the law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material we'll email registered account holders at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
